warmth, charm, and storytelling spirit of a true Irish pub

At the Merrion Group, our passion for authentic Irish hospitality begins long before the first pint is poured. We design and construct each of our Dallas-area pubs with meticulous attention to detail, blending traditional Irish architecture with modern craftsmanship.

Meticulous Planning

Our design team, based in Dublin, Ireland, brings genuine cultural insight to every project- ensuring each space reflects the warmth, charm, and storytelling spirit of a true Irish pub.

On the ground, our master tradesmen pour their expertise into every element, from hand-carved woodwork and antique finishes to custom bars and tiled floors. Together, we've built more than pubs, we've built places where people feel at home.

Focus on People

We work closely with landlords, developers, and local partners to help shape retail environments that are both functional and full of character.

Our focus is always to design and build spaces that bring people together. Through thoughtful planning, authentic design, and strong relationships, we don’t just create businesses;
we create communities.
